Urbincasa and research and innovation

In our desire to improve every day, we at Urbincasa have created different protocols that encourage and favour research and innovation within the company.

Thanks to this initiative, we have started activities such as:

• Research into a border protection system for two sided wall formwork (with the Technological Centre for Construction)
• The creation of the Regional Real Estate Sector and Construction Observatory for the purpose of generating a system of statistical forecasting of supply of and demand for residences in a given region (together with the Statistical Methods Department of the UPCT, the Association of Developers of Cartagena and the Urban Development Institute of the Region of Murcia)
•  The creation of information exchange platforms with the customers of our Home Development Division (Urbinforma) and with the customers of our Construction Division (UrbincasaConstruction Portal)
